Carlin-type mineralization at the Conrad Zone is contained within several structural and stratigraphic settings. In the Conrad Upper Zone, gold mineralization occurs along the stratigraphic contact between limestone and an overlying pyritic siltstone cap unit where the thickest mineralization occurs along the crest of an anticlinal fold. The Upper Zone has been continuously traced by shallow drilling over a strike length of 800 m between sections C100E and C900 E. Mineralization at the Upper Zone remains open along strike.

Mineralization at the Conrad Middle Zone is characterized by strong alteration and mineralization within multiple stacked, flat-lying bodies proximal to a laterally extensive, near vertical siltstone-limestone contact. Only 300 m of the presently known 800 m long favourable siltstone-limestone contact has been tested. Mineralization at the Middle Zone remains open along strike and at depth.

Newly discovered high-grade gold mineralization below the Middle Zone opens up an entirely new area for exploration.The 2014 Conrad Lower Zone discovery was marked by two new significant gold intervals that returned 42.67 m of 3.03 g/t gold and 21.71 m of 3.15 g/t gold beneath the Conrad Middle Zone.

2018 Exploration Plans

High-grade, structurally-controlled gold mineralization was encountered within both the 350 and 650 Fault corridors at the Conrad Zone in 2017.

On the eastern side of Conrad, hole OS-17-238 targeted an area of limited drilling within the 650 Fault corridor and returned a high-grade, near-surface mineralized interval of 12.50 m of 20.78 g/t gold from 54.86 m. Holes OS-17-257 and OS-17-259 also targeted the 650 Fault corridor at the structural intersection with the Nadaleen Fault and returned high-grade gold intersections of 12.19 m of 9.44 g/t gold and 25.91 m of 5.44 g/t gold, respectively.

On the western side of Conrad, hole OS-17-233 intersected 67.06 m of 3.35 g/t gold, including 15.14 m of 7.25 g/t gold, within the 350 Fault corridor, which highlights the high-grade nature of the structurally controlled mineralization.

Drilling in 2018 will focus on systematically stepping out from known gold mineralization within these fault corridors. The Conrad Zone remains open in all directions.

The Osiris Zone lies between the Conrad and Ibis zones, and similar to both, gold mineralization is best developed in the hinge or crest area of an anticline fold. Drilling has also outlined stratabound gold mineralization over a 900 m strike length along the east and west limbs of the fold and in the hinge of the fold. Higher grade drill intersections are located in the hinge area where Hole OS-10-001 intersected 65.20 m of 4.65 g/t gold. Strong exploration potential exists on the west limb of Osiris towards the north where only wide-spaced shallow intersections have been drilled.

2018 Exploration Plans

Diamond in 2017 focused on the northern extension of Osiris along strike of OS-11-080 and OS-11-082, which intersected 19.81 m of 5.07 g/t gold and 44.20 m of 4.41 g/t gold, respectively.

Gold mineralization at the Osiris Zone is most strongly developed at stratigraphic boundaries where mineralizing fluids become focused. This gold concentration is demonstrated in OS-17-244 where 12.19 m of 9.60 g/t gold was intersected at the stratigraphic contact between the limestone and mudstone rock units. Drilling at the Osiris Zone in 2018 will continue to step out on mineralization that has only been outlined through cursory drilling in 2011 and 2017. The Osiris Zone remains open along strike and at depth.

* Out of 55 released Osiris intersections, the minimum intersection grade was 1.36 g/t gold and the maximum was 8.37 g/t gold. The minimum interval width of intersections was 3.05 m and the maximum was 65.20 m.

Sunrise Zone

The Sunrise Zone is located 300 m east of the Osiris anticline hinge zone. Mineralization at Sunrise occurs as sub-parallel tabular bodies that dip steeply south. Gold mineralization at the top of Sunrise discovery hole (OS-12-173) intersected intensely decalcified limestone adjacent to a steeply dipping fault. This hole was collared directly within mineralization and returned 14.86 m of 10.54 g/t gold. Drilling to the east and west of OS-12-173 in 2013 extended the strike length of mineralization to 215 m and to an open depth of 350 m from surface. Exploration potential within Sunrise exists at depth.

2018 Exploration Plans

Mineralization within the Sunrise Zone occurs as sub-parallel tabular bodies that dip steeply to the south, paralleling the Sunrise Fault. Drilling at Sunrise in 2017 showed strong continuity with a consistent increase in the grade of the mineralization with depth.

The higher grades are demonstrated in hole OS-17-249, which returned 10.42 m of 7.97 g/t gold and 15.24 m of 13.52 g/t gold. Drilling will continue this systematic expansion of the zone both at depth and along strike from the previously delineated mineralization. The Sunrise Zone remains open at depth and along strike.

Ibis Zone

The Ibis Zone (formerly called Isis East) is located 550 m southwest of the Sunrise Zone within the 12 sq/km Osiris cluster. Gold mineralization is stratabound and localized in the crest of an anticlinal fold at or near the favourable contact between dolomite altered limestone and underlying silty limestone. Mineralization has been intersected over an unfolded strike length of 230 m and remains open for extension below the current tier of drilling. Two soil geochemical anomalies located to the east and west of the currently drilled areas that have not been fully-tested.

* Out of 18 released Osiris intersections, the minimum intersection grade was 1.02 g/t gold and the maximum was 6.28 g/t gold. The minimum interval width of intersections was 3.32m and the maximum was 51.82 m.
