Robert C. Carne, M.Sc., P.Geo.
Position: President and Director

Rob Carne is a Professional Geoscientist registered in British Columbia. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1974, and a Master of Science (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1979. He has been a geologist with Archer, Cathro & Associates (1981) Limited since 1977 and a principal from 1981 to 2002. He is now an independent geological consultant. Rob has been actively involved in mineral exploration, principally in the Yukon since 1972, and he has authored or co-authored a number of technical papers on Yukon mineral deposits. He has served as a director and officer of numerous public companies on the TSX Venture Exchange since the mid-1980's.

 
Graham N. Downs
Position: Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Downs began his career in the mineral exploration industry in 1995 working with Archer, Cathro & Associates (1981) Limited, a consulting geological engineering firm focused in Yukon. Mr. Downs held a variety of roles within Archer, Cathro that ranged from prospecting to managing early and advanced stage exploration programs. Mr. Downs translated his field experience into marketing and communications for a number of Strategic Exploration Group companies before focusing on business development, finance and property transactions including acquisitions, sales, farm-outs and takeovers. In 2005, Mr. Downs was appointed CEO of ATAC Resources Ltd.

 
Ian J. Talbot
Position: Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Talbot brings over 25 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry as both a lawyer and an exploration geologist. As a geologist he has worked with both junior and major resource companies. As a lawyer, he has practiced exclusively in the areas of mining and securities law in private practice and as in-house counsel with BHP Billiton World Exploration Inc. Mr. Talbot is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Arcus Development Group Inc., a TSX-Venture Exchange company operating in Mexico.

 
Larry Donaldson
Position: Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Donaldson is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of accounting, auditing and tax experience. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is the managing partner of a local Chartered Accountant office and has extensive experience in public company audits, and in accounting and tax planning for mineral exploration based companies.

 
Bruce Youngman, B.Sc.
Position: Director

Mr. Youngman has over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration and public company management. From 2008 to 2010, he was president and chief operating officer of Canplats Resources, during which time the four-million-ounce Camino Rojo deposit in Mexico was outlined and the company was acquired by Goldcorp for $300-million. He was previously vice-president and director of Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. from 2001 to 2004, and was its president and director from 1994 to 2001. He was also closely involved in the acquisition and expansion of the Pebble gold-copper-porphyry project in Alaska. Mr. Youngman graduated with a bachelor of science degree in geology from the University of British Columbia. He is currently the president and chief operating officer of Camino Minerals Corp.

 
Glenn R. Yeadon, B.Comm., LLB.
Position: Secretary and Director

Glenn Yeadon is a barrister and solicitor practicing primarily in the field of securities law. He has been a partner with Tupper Jonsson & Yeadon or an associate of the firm (through a personal law corporation controlled by him) from 1983 to the present. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1975, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia in 1976.

 
Douglas O. Goss, B.Comm., LLB.
Position: Chairman of the Board and Director

Doug Goss is a barrister and solicitor practicing primarily in the fields of corporate and securities law. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 1981, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta in 1984. He was a partner with Bryan & Company from July 1987 to July 1997 and has been counsel with Bryan & Company since that time. He has also been General Counsel to Premium Brands Inc. since March 1999, and its Corporate Secretary since September 1999.

 
Bruce J. Kenway, C.A.
Position: Director

Bruce Kenway was appointed to the ATAC board in June 2004. Mr. Kenway is one of four founding members of Kenway Mack Slusarchuk Stewart LLP, a chartered accounting firm that provides a wide range of audit, accounting, tax, management consulting and accounting technology to a diverse client base. Since 1994, Mr. Kenway has sat on the board of Hawker Resources Inc., an oil and gas company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He is also one of a group of founders of three junior capital pool companies and has held positions as a director and officer of those companies.

 
Helmut H. Wober, P.Eng.
Position: Director

Helmut Wöber is a mining engineer and geologist with over 45 years of world wide experience in exploration, mine development and production. Active on all five continents and East Greenland, he has held senior positions as Project Supervisor Malmbjerg East Greenland, Chief Mine Geologist (Keno Hill Mines), Consulting Mining Engineer and Geologist MacDonald Consultants Ltd., VP Texada Lime Ltd., Country Manager (Australia), Manager of Engineering and Development (Chevron, Minerals Division), Principal of MDE International, Mine Development Engineering (1990 -- present), and President and CEO of Panoro Minerals Ltd. (2000 -- 2008), Director of ATAC Resources 2006 -- present.

 
Jim Stephen
Position: Consultant

Jim Stephen is a self-employed businessman who has actively been involved in mineral exploration since the early 1970s. He was founder, director and president of several junior mining companies over the past two decades, including Big Creek Resources Ltd. (now Great Basin Gold Ltd.), All-North Resources Ltd., NDU Resources Ltd. and others.
