| | | Robert C. Carne, M.Sc., P.Geo. Position: President and Director
Rob Carne is a Professional Geoscientist registered in British Columbia. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1974, and a Master of Science (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1979. He has been a geologist with Archer, Cathro & Associates (1981) Limited since 1977 and a principal from 1981 to 2002. He is now an independent geological consultant. Rob has been actively involved in mineral exploration, principally in the Yukon since 1972, and he has authored or co-authored a number of technical papers on Yukon mineral deposits. He has served as a director and officer of numerous public companies on the TSX Venture Exchange since the mid-1980's.

| | | Graham N. Downs Position: Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Downs has been involved in the mineral exploration industry for over 10 years, principally in the Yukon with Archer, Cathro & Associates (1981) Limited, a consulting geological engineering firm. He received a Business and Geographical Information Systems Diploma to compliment his years of practical field experience. His recent work has provided valuable experience in corporate communications, business development, finance and property transactions including acquisitions, sales, farm-outs and takeovers.

| | | Ian J. Talbot Position: Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Talbot brings over 25 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry as both a lawyer and an exploration geologist. As a geologist he has worked with both junior and major resource companies. As a lawyer, he has practiced exclusively in the areas of mining and securities law in private practice and as in-house counsel with BHP Billiton World Exploration Inc. Mr. Talbot is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Arcus Development Group Inc., a TSX-Venture Exchange company operating in Mexico.

| | | Robert Dinning Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dinning is a Chartered Accountant, and a lifetime member of The Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants having qualified with the firm of Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co, now known as KPMG. In 1976, with a background in corporate services including finance, accounting systems and general corporate management, Mr. Dinning became a self employed management or business consultant specializing in general corporate management, accounting systems and filing requirements for public companies in the mining, high tech, and forestry industries. Mr. Dinning is currently an officer and director of four other publicly trading mineral exploration companies.

| | | Alan R. Archer, B.A.Sc., P.Eng. Position: Chairman of the Board and Director
Al Archer is a Professional Engineer registered in both British Columbia and Yukon Territory. He obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia in 1957. He was a principal of Archer, Cathro & Associates (1981) Limited, consulting geological engineers, from formation of a predecessor company in 1966 to his retirement in March 2003. He has been actively involved in mining and mineral exploration, principally in the Yukon since 1961. Al received the Spud Heustis Award for "Excellence in Prospecting and Mineral Exploration" in 1998. He has been involved with numerous public companies on the TSX Venture Exchange since the mid-1980's.

| | | Glenn R. Yeadon, B.Comm., LLB. Position: Secretary and Director
Glenn Yeadon is a barrister and solicitor practicing primarily in the field of securities law. He has been a partner with Tupper Jonsson & Yeadon or an associate of the firm (through a personal law corporation controlled by him) from 1983 to the present. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1975, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia in 1976.

| | | Douglas O. Goss, B.Comm., LLB. Position: Director
Doug Goss is a barrister and solicitor practicing primarily in the fields of corporate and securities law. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 1981, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta in 1984. He was a partner with Bryan & Company from July 1987 to July 1997 and has been counsel with Bryan & Company since that time. He has also been General Counsel to Premium Brands Inc. since March 1999, and its Corporate Secretary since September 1999.

| | | Bruce J. Kenway, C.A. Position: Director
Bruce Kenway was appointed to the ATAC board in June 2004. Mr. Kenway is one of four founding members of Kenway Mack Slusarchuk Stewart LLP, a chartered accounting firm that provides a wide range of audit, accounting, tax, management consulting and accounting technology to a diverse client base. Since 1994, Mr. Kenway has sat on the board of Hawker Resources Inc., an oil and gas company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He is also one of a group of founders of three junior capital pool companies and has held positions as a director and officer of those companies.

| | | Helmut H. Wober, P.Eng. Position: Director
Mr. Wober received a multidisciplinary education in mining engineering and economic geology. He has held senior positions in exploration, company administration, mine production geology, engineering and development. In 1975, Mr. Wober joined Chevron's mineral division where he was later appointed Manager of Engineering and Development with worldwide responsibilities. Mr. Wober formed MDE International in 1990 and has since worked as a geological consultant and consulting engineer.

Jim Stephen is a self-employed businessman who has actively been involved in mineral exploration since the early 1970s. He was founder, director and president of several junior mining companies over the past two decades, including Big Creek Resources Ltd. (now Great Basin Gold Ltd.), All-North Resources Ltd., NDU Resources Ltd. and others.

Doug Eaton obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta in 1971 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of British Columbia in 1980. He has worked with Archer, Cathro & Associates (1981) Limited since 1971 and has been a principal of the consulting firm since 1981.
