| Douglas O. Goss, B.Comm., LLB. Position: Chairman of the Board and Director Doug Goss is a barrister and solicitor practicing primarily in the fields of corporate and securities law. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 1981, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta in 1984. He was a partner with Bryan & Company from July 1987 to July 1997 and has been counsel with Bryan & Company since that time. He has also been General Counsel to Premium Brands Inc. since March 1999, and its Corporate Secretary since September 1999. |
