ATAC Resources Ltd. Announces Closing Of Private Placement With The First Nation Of The Na Cho Nyak Dun (The "Nnd")

 November 9, 2010 - ATAC Resources Ltd. (TSX-V) ("ATAC") is pleased to announce the closing of the $200,000 private placement with the NND announced in ATAC's News Release dated October 28, 2010, consisting of the sale of 39,000 units at a price of $5.1282 per unit, each unit consisting of one common share and one share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $6.00 until November 8, 2013. All of the securities issued pursuant to this private placement are subject to a hold period in Canada until March 9, 2011.
